About The Position

Currently, they are seeking an experienced Mechanic to contribute to their team's success. This role will involve diagnosing and repairing various equipment, including winches, hydraulic systems, and transmissions, and providing rapid and excellent service to a diverse range of customers.

Requirements

• Proven repair experience, including diagnosing, repairing, fabricating, and tuning heavy lifting equipment (winches), diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.
• Capable of deep diving into machinery, not merely changing parts.
• Leadership experience, with proven success in conflict resolution, prioritization, and team development.
• Strong personality with the ability to lead without selfishness, fear, or offense.
• High emotional quotient (EQ).
• Commitment to the company's culture of team work, integrity, customer focus, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing equipment issues, ranging from simple to complex.
• Repairing winches, hydraulic systems, and transmissions in the shop and in the field.
• Providing excellent customer service, including traveling to customer locations when necessary.
• Using creativity and initiative to solve problems not covered in manuals or guides.
• Consulting customers on the best use, specifications, limitations, and best performance practices of their equipment.
