About The Position
We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to join our team. As an Auto Mechanic, you must have an in-depth understanding of all vehicle and machine systems and components. You will also be responsible for maintaining repair shop equipment. E B Asphalt & Landscaping has served residential and commercial customers in Oakdale, CT, with exceptional landscaping and paving services since 2001. We keep up to date with the latest trends and practices by keeping our staff and employees well-trained. Each member of our team is respectful of your property and will deliver the best customer service possible.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
- Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair trucks and machines coming into the shop
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork
