As we continue to expand, were looking for a passionate and experienced Mechanic in the Lincoln market. We are seeking motivated applicants to perform skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of all equipment, including heavy equipment related to the construction process, while maintaining safety standards that align with the company and OSHA regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Drivers License
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and physical exam

Nice To Haves

Commercial Drivers License preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnosing Issues : Inspect machines, engines, transmissions and other equipment and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.
Repairing or Replacing Parts : Troubleshoot reported problems and conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.
Routine Maintenance : Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems .
Testing and Inspections : Provide inspections on corrective maintenance and preventative measures to ensure proper function.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and equipment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets company and industry standards and specifications.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
