About The Position

Overview We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Mechanic. This role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment units to ensure safe and reliable operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic mechanical experience, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced field environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of basic mechanical experience (e.g., automotive, industrial, agricultural, or oilfield equipment).
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor or shop environments.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment and field units.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify worn or damaged components.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure units are operating within safety and performance standards.
• Assist with equipment installation, removal, and field servicing as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and parts inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members regarding equipment status and job progress.
• Complete required documentation, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.
