About The Position

Assist with preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on mobile and fixed equipment Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical issues under guidance Support mechanics with equipment servicing and part replacements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety procedures Document maintenance activities and communicate findings to the maintenance team

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn hands-on repair and maintenance skills
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail in all tasks performed
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and accept feedback
• Dependable approach with the flexibility to adapt in an industrial environment
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
