About The Position
Duties and responsibilities Maintain and upkeep all equipment. Maintain and upkeep all company vehicles. Maintain and upkeep grounds – using tractor and hand-held weed eater. Support operators with cleaning and painting equipment. Assist in making heavy lifts with equipment. Assist superintendents with equipment as needed. Assist in repairing tools and ensuring that they are up to company standard. Critical Demands Repetitive forward bending, rotation of the trunk, and flexing of the hips and knees. Lifting no greater than 50 lbs. from floor to 6 ft. work surface unassisted. Repetitive upper extremity movements. Sustained lifting 25-35 lbs. at arm’s reach above head. Working Conditions Work is outdoors or in open warehouse. There is some air conditioning and heating. Uneven surfaces throughout job site, with sand, limestone, and concrete outside. Numerous trip hazards throughout.
