Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain diagnosed issues.
Ability to perform mechanical services on passenger vehicles, light trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and agricultural equipment as needed.
Ability to identify early signs of wear or failure that could lead to larger mechanical problems.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and diagnostic software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues including brake systems, steering and suspension components, wheel seals, and related systems.
Build customer trust and increase repeat business by delivering high-quality repairs and honoring service commitments.
Safely operate and maintain shop service equipment such as lifts, diagnostic tools, and repair equipment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing repairs and inspections.
