This position will be responsible for performing service and repairs on our truck fleet (including diesel engines), small engine equipment, and 2-cycle engines for our landscape operations team. Requirements

Small Engine repair/maintenance experience required
2-cycle engine repair/maintenance experience required
Light Truck repair/maintenance experience preferred
Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications including MS Office
Valid driver's license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Report review required
Ability to read and write the English language
Ability to work in fast pace environment.
Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Light Truck repair/maintenance experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Repair of trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment correctly, safely, and efficiently
Accurately document all work performed to each unit electronically
Utilize computer software for record keeping
Order and maintain inventory of all shop supplies/equipment
Clean repaired items prior to returning for crew use
Keep work area and shop common areas clean and organized
Perform other duties as assigned
