The Technician will diagnose, repair, and install components as instructed using required hand and/or power tools. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, performing routine maintenance, knowledge / proper usage of shop tools, following safety protocols, and documenting work performed. Diagnosing: Identifying the root cause of technical issues (i.e. electrical/ hydraulic/ air) using diagnostic tools and problem-solving skills Possess the ability to read / interpret / and follow diagnostic and electrical diagrams Routine Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning, safety inspections, preventative maintenance, to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns Tooling: Knowledge of shop tools is required, including but not limited to: hand tools, jacks, welders, lifts, presses Safety Protocols: Adhering to all safety standards set forth by the company, as well as the ability to perform job duties in a safe manner Documentation / Communication Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor to discuss diagnostics, repairs, etc.
