Description Expertly operate complex machinery via HMI interfaces, ensuring precise control over production parameters. Execute comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) and end-to-end equipment changeovers to maximize uptime and machine longevity. High level of proficiency in differentiating between mechanical and electrical failures, implementing sustainable solutions to minimize operational downtime. Proficient in CMMS (IBM Maximo) for managing work orders, parts procurement, and asset history documentation. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, with a firm commitment to maintaining a zero-incident work environment through EH&S and BBS participation. Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) to ensure product integrity and audit readiness. Self-motivated professionals with a history of excellent attendance and the flexibility to support diverse business areas as needed. Dedicated to reducing scrap and preventing deviations by identifying and owning line-side improvement projects.
