Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, production equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize production interruptions.
