About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Heating, Ventilating, Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration Maintenance Mechanic II to join our team. This role ensures the comfort and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors by maintaining optimal building climate conditions and refrigeration systems. This position is full time with a schedule of 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of comprehensive HVAC experience .
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Understanding of BAS software programs (willingness to learn).
• Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• EPA Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
• Must have own transportation and hand tools.
• Ability to follow and give written and oral instructions.
• Strong judgment, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to climb, walk long distances, and lift/push/pull weights from 60 lbs up to 125 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Utilize Worx-Hub software for work orders and scheduled tasks.
• Manage contracted projects and ensure quality results.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain inventory of HVAC parts and equipment.
• Support teamwork and collaborate with peers for positive outcomes.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
