About The Position
$18 per hour during the apprenticeship program. Pay increase upon successful graduation into the Retrofit Technician role. Free professional tool set provided at program start. Free $5,000 toolbox awarded after two years of employment. All certification costs are covered by the company. Career advancement opportunities into lead and traveling technician roles. Opportunities to travel nationwide and internationally to support automotive events. Weekly and on-demand pay options available. 80 hours of paid time off are available after 30 days of employment. Requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Must meet company background check and drug screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle repairs, modifications, and part installations.
- Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques using advanced tools.
- Support programming and module configuration activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in technical training sessions and safety meetings.
