There's a seat at our table for you… Starting Pay: $17 per hour Mon - Fri 1st Shift : 8am until finish What we offer: Medical, Prescription Drug, EFAP Benefits after 30 days of employment Dental, vision and other voluntary plans Pre-Tax Saving Accounts Profit Sharing Family culture and career advancement opportunities Position Summary: Responsible for packing beef, pork, lamb, veal, and seafood products accurately and tastefully while also meeting customer specifications.

  • Packs products in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Follows company standardized pack specifications along with any customer specified deviations as communicated through special instructions via work orders/cut tickets.
  • Accurately reads and comprehends all customer specific special instructions.
  • Performs Quality Control checks and communicates with supervisors and managers any defects.
  • Inspects meat products for defects, bruises, or blemishes.
  • Obtains and distributes products to appropriate pack lines.
  • Weighs meats and tags containers with weight and contents.
  • Effectively completes tasks to reduce processing costs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Must have ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
  • Must have working knowledge of production equipment.
  • Must be able to understand and follow all Food Safety Guidelines and Occupational Safety Guidelines.
