Facility location: White Oak Manor York - 111 S Congress Street, York, SC 29745 - 803-684-0035 We’re seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Assessment Coordinator (NAC) to complete accurate and timely resident assessments, ensure compliance with regulations, and support quality, person-centered care. After 90 days, this role will be added to the on-call rotation. Requirements
- Current RN license South Carolina
- Long-term care or MDS experience preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and teamwork skills
