About The Position
We’re seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Assessment Coordinator (NAC) to complete accurate and timely resident assessments, ensure compliance with regulations, and support quality, person-centered care. After 90 days, this role will be added to the on-call rotation. Wage Scale Based on YOUR years of experience.
Requirements
- Current RN license South Carolina
- Strong assessment, documentation, and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or MDS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete and submit MDS and related documentation on time
- Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate on care plans
- Support nursing staff and participate in QA reviews and meetings
- Join the on-call rotation after training period
