completion, and submission of resident assessments (MDS) with absolute

surpasses Federal and State regulations.
Utilize your deep understanding of MDS processes to expertly conduct
utilization reviews and champion Quality Improvement and Care Planning
initiatives. Shape a culture where resident outcomes are continuously

Ensure Medicare A and B recipients receive tailored stays and exceptional
care, while optimizing billing for accuracy and maximum reimbursement. Your
efforts will directly boost both patient satisfaction and organizational

This position is based onsite at our Judson Park Community in Des Moines,
Washington.

Requirements

• A valid RN license in Washington state, emphasizing your dedication to professional excellence and compassionate patient care.
• Rich nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings, demonstrating your adaptability in dynamic clinical environments.
• Proven hands-on MDS experience, giving you the confidence to tackle complex assessments and regulatory challenges with ease.

Nice To Haves

• MDS certification (preferred), showcasing your advanced expertise and commitment to lifelong professional development.
• A Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (preferred), further elevating your credentials and enabling you to deliver truly outstanding care.
