As a Full Time MDS Coordinator at The Friendship Home, you will play a pivotal role in the assessment and coordination of care for our clients. Expect to engage in comprehensive assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include documenting client care plans, monitoring compliance with care standards, and providing valuable input during team meetings to foster a culture of excellence. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring staff on best practices related to MDS processes. The position is scheduled for Monday through Friday during regular daytime hours, allowing for a stable work-life balance while dedicating your efforts to meaningful service.
