Maintain current working knowledge of Medicare criteria and serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding regulatory updates Stay informed on MDS updates and the most current RAI Manual. Assist in the development, monitoring, and presentation of internal quality measures and initiatives Develop methods for data collection and extract data as required for reporting and analysis. Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote, monitor, and evaluate compliance with residents’ treatment plans. Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
  • MDS Certification within 3 years of employment
