About The Position

MDM ArchitectSouth San Francisco, CA – 3 days onsite a week
Role Overview:The Senior MDM Specialist will lead the data strategy and governance for the commercial and clinical ecosystems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end alignment ensuring that territory assignments, account data, and field force structures are architecturally sound and compliant.

Requirements

• 10+ years in MDM or Data Governance, with at least 5 years

Responsibilities

• Strategic Architecture: Design and optimize the data flow between MDM to ensure a "Single Source of Truth."
• Align Governance: Lead the design of complex Territory Assignment Rules (TAR) and manage the integration between Roster Member data in Vault and Territory structures in Align.
• Integration Leadership: Oversee the technical "Push/Pull" , ensuring data integrity during quarterly field force alignments.
• Process Optimization: Lead the impact assessment for CRM releases, specifically identifying how new features in Vault or Align can improve business workflows.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and quality oversight for Junior MDM resources and cross-functional business analysts.
