Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field is typically required.
4+ years of shown experience with leading MDM platforms such as Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, or Reltio.
Proficiency in database management systems (DBMS), data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), SQL, and data integration techniques like ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
The ability to analyze data quality, identify root causes of data issues, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and technical and non-technical collaborators.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of data governance frameworks, standards, and policies under the guidance of the MDM Director, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Profile and analyze source data to identify inconsistencies and errors, performing data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of master data.
Coordinate workflows for crafting, updating, and retiring master data records, ensuring all changes are detailed and approved by interested parties.
Support integration of MDM systems with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, data warehouse) by coordinating data requirements, testing, and validation activities in partnership with IT and business teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and inquiries raised by business users.
Support adoption of MDM practices by training end-users and data stewards on established processes and tools, reinforcing data quality principles defined by the MDM Leadership.
