CGS is looking for a Warfighting Functional (WfF) Analyst to support the US Army's Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) at Fort Leavenworth, KS. We're looking for an expert like you to drive solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As a Warfighting Functional (WfF) Analyst, you'll use/bring your analytical, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you work as member of an Operations Group on projects for the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). You'll support an Operations Group with the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the Army's Warfighter Exercise (WFX) program. You'll be a trusted advisor to MCTP Military, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex Operations Orders, SOPs, policies, processes, and/or instrumentation related to WFXs, Risk Reduction Events, and MCTP steady state operations. Write MCTP Operations Orders as required. Use all current and future analytical tools available to produce AARs. Serve as WFX POC and proficient in producing digital SCP, as required produce orders x-walk, when feasible cross train as Workstation controller. You'll oversee the work we do for Operations Groups supporting MCTP and the solutions we deliver for the Army's Warfighter program. You served your country -now, continue your mission with us. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for MCTP. This position may require access to restricted facilities. Due to the nature of work performed within those facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
