About The Position

Chenega is seeking MCPA Admin Support personnel to provide administrative duties and support to the HQMC CLEP program.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience working within the Department of Defense (DOD) or city, state or federal government.
  • Must possess exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Be able to show prior experience with drafting documents in Naval Letter format
  • At least one year of demonstrated experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, databases, and email.
  • Must also be proficient in the operation of office automation equipment, including copy machines, facsimile machines, networked computers, laser printers, shredders, and scanners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel using Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Plan and manage daily document uploads to SharePoint.
  • Take initiative on requests and inquiries of various natures.
  • Coordinate, prepare and review various reports.
  • Manage multiple schedules and calendars.
  • Analyze customer tasks to determine scope of workflow.
  • Receive, analyze, manage, and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced customer centric environment.
  • Work directly with the customer to accomplish specific travel requests.
  • Other duties as assigned
