It is not available for any work sponsorship. Our paid internship program runs for 12 weeks between May-August or June- September 2026. Your Future Team Loom is the video communication platform for work, and now part of the Atlassian family. As a Product Marketing MBA Intern focused on Loom, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how teams communicate and collaborate through video. You will collaborate with experienced marketers to support go-to-market strategy development and campaign execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in competitive research, product launches, community/social activations, and sales enablement – while making a tangible impact on how teams adopt and realize value with Loom.

Requirements

  • Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026
  • Currently enrolled full-time in an MBA degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027
  • Passionate about marketing, aware of key marketing frameworks, and interested in the B2B SaaS landscape
  • Able to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions, with strong critical thinking skills
  • Are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values diverse perspectives
  • Have a self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Loom (or video communication tools for work) is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
  • Experience working with customer-facing teams is a nice-to-have, but not a requirement.
  • Experience leading or supporting marketing initiatives that leverage video to drive engagement and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a project to expand our library of customers' real-world Loom use cases, with the opportunity to own a campaign launch to promote it.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive offerings to identify opportunities for Loom to differentiate.
  • Support Senior PMMs with developing sales enablement programs that equip our sellers with the right messages and product information to lead customer adoption of Loom.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns, conduct applicable research, and have a seat at the table with the rest of our team.
  • Help analyze marketing campaign or program performance, and provide insights for improvement.
