The Opportunity We are seeking a thoughtful and driven Business Strategy & Operations team member to join our growing team. This role is designed for a professional completing their final year of their MBA program and as no more than 3 year of experience pre-MBA, preferably with a Big 4 consultancy. We are looking for a candidates who are now seeking to apply their skills at a growing organization and support in strategy and operational execution. About This Role at Momentum You’ll work closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations and senior executives to: Structure complex problems into clear, actionable frameworks Drive cross-functional initiatives across Momentum’s portfolio companies Build strategic narratives, decks, and playbooks that influence decision-making Support strategic planning, OKR alignment, and execution monitoring Lead process improvements that scale efficiency and impact

Requirements

  • Has completed their Full-Time MBA program within the last year, or will complete by June 2026
  • Has 2–3 years of pre-MBA professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, operations, or a related field within the technology or SaaS industry
  • Demonstrates exceptional problem-structuring, analytical, and communication skills
  • Can distill complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Works effectively cross-functionally, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Is proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Is based in or willing to relocate to Dallas (onsite role at 2601 Olive Street , Dallas, TX )

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with project management or data visualization tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic projects that span multiple portfolio companies
  • Translate business priorities into structured plans, frameworks, and dashboards
  • Craft high-quality executive-level presentations, messaging, and talking points
  • Partner with Finance, Corporate Development, and People teams to align initiatives
  • Drive process innovation, building scalable playbooks and best practices
  • Distill large sets of information into clear insights and recommendations
  • Build relationships across the organization, navigating ambiguity with confidence
  • Deliver polished presentations with data-driven insights and a strategic narrative to senior leaders
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and opportunities effectively to drive alignment and support.
  • Champion innovative approaches to program management.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
