About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Maximo Functional Lead (EAM) opening for our premier client. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Assists clients in the operational support of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions. Demonstrates overall understanding of Maximo-based solutions while leading functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing solutions with internal and client teams (design, build, and test teams). Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo across business units.
Translate business requirements into Maximo workflows, asset structures, job plans, and work management processes.
Drive solution design sessions with SMEs, business owners, and technical teams.
Oversee functional deliverables including BRDs, FDDs, configuration specs, and test scenarios.
Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface validations.
Ensure Maximo configuration aligns with enterprise asset management standards and compliance needs.
Support SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and readiness assessments.
Guide business stakeholders on Maximo best practices, process optimization, and adoption.
