Math Teacher/Interventionist
About The Position
Founders Academy at Beacon Charter Schools seeks a full-time educator (although we would be willing to discuss a part-time role), with either Math or Elementary Education certificate , to join our dedicated and passionate teaching faculty. The responsibilities may include teaching middle school math, providing math intervention/high dosage tutoring, supporting the MTSS process, and facilitating a middle school advisory. Founders Academy is located in downtown Woonsocket, Rhode Island, and serves 168 student artists from across the state. We are looking for educators with: strong, standards-based lesson planning and development skills; student-centered approach; and commitment to being a participating team member.
