Math Interventionist/Math Teacher
About The Position
Detroit Elementary is looking to employ a Math Interventionist/Math Teacher. Applicants should hold a strong background in the new Bluebonnet curriculum, math skills and be Elementary Math certified. This is an immediate opening. This position will serve as a key support for teachers and students, to provide targeted math interventions, model effective instructional practices, and help teachers better utilize small-group instruction (both in planning and implementation). This role will act as a bridge between the Eagle's Nest, classroom teachers, and small group instruction to align Bluebonnet Math instruction in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. The coach will analyze data, collaborate with teachers on instructional planning and deliver focused small-group lessons to reinforce essential skills. This position will improve academic outcomes across the campus by improving instruction for both teachers and students.
