Title I Program : Title I is the largest federal aid program in our schools. Title I provides additional resources and instruction to improve the educational performance of low-achieving children in high-poverty schools and supports them in meeting challenging state academic content and performance standards The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and committed educator with strong content and pedagogical knowledge, solid classroom management skills, a deep commitment to educational and racial equity, and experience working in an urban school setting. The math interventionist will be required to collaborate with and plan instruction alongside classroom teachers, provide in-class co-teaching support, work with small groups, work cooperatively with personnel from the OSS Department, and help select appropriate materials for students. The math interventionist will also work directly with the Instructional Coach and principal to support data monitoring and analysis, school improvement, and intervention work. The math interventionist will support the implementation of the Math curriculum.
