What you will do as a Math Instructor : Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must plan to work with us for at least 9 months
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for math
- As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
- The test covers basic math through Algebra 2 and Geometry.
- There is a 2 hour time limit, no calculator allowed.
- The benchmark for this test is 85%.

Nice To Haves
- Experience working with students grades k-12 preferred
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra II, Pre-Calculus/Calculus preferred
