Mathematics Instructor (Full-Time) for the 2026-2027 School Year The successful candidate shall demonstrate strong organizational, communication, human relations, classroom management, team, public relations/community and instructional skills. Applicants should have a sincere interest in and a commitment to work with students, parents, staff, businesses, community organizations and associate district schools. The instructor will teach various levels of Mathematics classes correlated with vocational programs. A Mathematics, Grades 7-12 certificate or Integrated Mathematics license is required. Candidates with Math certification/licensure and a Comprehensive Math, Grades 7-12 certificate preferred. The Mathematics Instructor will work closely with career-technical instructors to develop and implement various levels of Mathematics (Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Calculus, etc.) correlated and leveled based upon the student’s Mathematics background in coordination with career-technical programs for juniors and/or seniors. The instructor will plan, direct and evaluate, working with other district Mathematics Instructors, the Mathematics curricula and the needs of the students in the specific career-technical programs. The Mathematics courses of study have been designed, developed and written in coordination with the Tri-County Educational Service Center and the needs of the district’s career-technical curricula. 2026-2027 full-time contract - 183 contracted days. Contract to begin Thursday, August 13, 2026. Appropriate placement on 2026-2027 teachers' salary schedule based on certification, education/degree and experience.
