Under limited supervision, uses intermediate skills obtained through experience and training, to provide support to expectant and postpartum mothers. Employs various activities and acts as a liaison to LAHC’s Maternal & Infant Health Resource Hub, community service, and other resources to ensure families receive timely access to pre- and post-natal care, supports, and other engagement opportunities. Routine contact with internal and external stakeholders, including local organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and community leaders is required to meet goals and objectives.
