Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active WA license or Eligible for an WA license
• Ability to offer Ongoing Availability
• Minimum of 1 Year Clinical Experience, Post Fellowship

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday Clinic Coverage on site: 9 Hours
• Epic and Viewpoint used
• Consults and US reads
• 1 week of coverage a month

• Pediatrix provides paid sick leave to team members in Washinton under Initiative 1433. Team members who do not accrue PTO are eligible to receive Washington Paid Sick and Safe Leave “PSSL” time in a lump sum.
• Per Diem team members will accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Team members begin to accrue sick leave upon hire. However, they cannot use accrued sick leave until their 90th day of employment. There is no annual cap on accrual; however, team members will be able to carry over up to 108 hours of unused paid sick leave the following year.
• NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
