About The Position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Pulls and loads orders for delivery. Ensures specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct Verifies stock and identifies losses; as well as maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment. Perform daily and weekly cleaning according to standard work instructions Assist in writing BOL’s and packing slips Helps identify and contribute to improvements to the day-to-day running shipping including BOM reviews and document reviews Understand the basics of the supply chain, including shipping and receiving logistics, quality assurance, equipment upkeep, and facility maintenance Assist in training new employees Complete documentation and work in a timely manner Mains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space Act, Live, and Behave by TCF Core Values. Additional duties may be assigned, dependent upon location and product line. QUALIFICATIONS: Typically requires a high school diploma and up to 4 years of experience Read and understand shop orders and blueprints, safety rules, standard work instructions written in English. Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to use hand tools in a safe and proper manner. Based on department, may be required to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack.
Requirements
