About The Position
We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Materials Supervisor to lead our raw material operations at our Prinsburg, MN manufacturing facility. This role is critical to keeping our production lines moving and driving continuous improvement across inventory management and procurement coordination. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in materials or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs
Responsibilities
- Oversee resin inventory: manage receipt, storage, usage planning, and vendor procurement
- Investigate and resolve material variances in collaboration with Procurement and Accounting
- Lead and coach department team members, promoting cross-training and team development
- Ensure alignment with company goals, values, and safety practices
- Utilize ERP systems for tracking, reporting, and managing material flow
