We are seeking a Project Materials Supervisor to be accountable for the material flow and inventory management across our build and integration sites. This role ensures timely availability of materials to support manufacturing processes, maintains accurate ERP data, and collaborates with multiple departments to achieve project goals. As a Project Materials Supervisor, you will oversee material flow and inventory management across build and integration sites to ensure timely support for manufacturing processes. You ll lead and develop a team of material coordinators, handlers, and crib attendants, maintain accurate ERP data, and manage vendor-supplied inventory. This role requires strategic collaboration with Project Management and Supply Chain to meet project timelines, resolve material challenges, and ensure compliance with customer specifications. Additional responsibilities include facilitating material movement between facilities, leading audits, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring safety, adherence to company policies, and on-time project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering or MIS preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing in a similar role, 2 years of leadership
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (AX preferred)
  • Knowledge of safety best practices for material movement including powered industrial trucks and cranes, Hazcom/SDS, and general industry safety standards.

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 30 hour certification is a plus
