These responsibilities are activities that correspond to the metro stops and key processes. Ensure compliance with established procedures and company standards to maintain effective control over the physical product flow and storage for the warehouse and other inventory areas. Support operations by either supervising or directly executing warehouse processes (reception, issuance, counting, junking, etc.). Implement required documentation and labelling per company standards and local requirements. Maintain timely input to the Warehouse Management System and ensure accurate stock transaction records. Proactively monitor and implement local strategies to reduce excess and ageing stock (specifically aim for a reduction of DSOH and slow-moving indicators) for the assigned Divisions. Execute cycle count and periodical physical counts: plan creation/posting of adjustments/root cause and reporting per global procedure. Perform periodic reviews of the exception reports in order to maintain data integrity in the Warehouse Management System, including but not limited to discrepancies between systems, unit price, aged open/failed/pending for approval/unmatched transactions, and inactive parts. Promote, execute, and follow-up internal field material transfers, until final closure, ensuring quality controls are carried out and are compliant with the Division quality standards. Aim for continuous improvement and regular use of Lean tools such as 5S exercise to improve WH efficiency and reduce waste. Implement, as applicable, advanced techniques (e.g., Kitting, Kanban) to improve local materials management efficiency. Conduct periodic self-assessments and audits as dictated by the Schlumberger global processes.
