Our goal for our internship program is to see what it’s like to be a full time Wisk employee and complete meaningful work. We are looking for a Materials & Process Engineering Intern to join our team for summer 2026. You will be part of the M&P Engineering team that is responsible for material selection efforts, material qualification test programs, material & process specifications, engineering design reviews, manufacturing / quality support and non-conformance dispositions, and mechanical & thermal testing of materials. The successful candidate is a highly motivated student (BS, MS, or PhD program) in a related engineering field who possesses strong analytical skills, strong technical writing abilities, good communication skills, and has hands-on experience working in a lab environment. In this role, the candidate must be willing and enjoy working hands-on with testing and test coupon fabrication. The candidate must be eager to learn and take on new tasks they may not have had prior experience with. The candidate must have a passion for learning about new materials, new testing techniques, and have a passion for aviation.
