WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer order, forecasts, and safety stock levels. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sourcing and Warehouse Team to ensure product availability Use ERP/MRP system to keep production data accurate and up to date Track progress on work orders and adjust plans as needed. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and distribution activities with our ERP system Monitor for any supply chain disruptions and propose a solution Identify and recommend process improvement ideas Maintain Distribution Order dating to optimize material flow from Manufacturing to the Distribution Center Communicate forecast changes to vendors and suppliers and follow up on open orders and delays. YOU HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Analytics, Logistics, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing planning role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with ERP and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, M3, or similar). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing planning role.
