Join our team and start your journey today! The CSR Liaison serves as the primary point of coordination between customer service, internal departments, and external customers. This role ensures clear communication, timely issue resolution, and a seamless customer experience by bridging gaps between teams and facilitating efficient information flow. Materials Planning ensures the timely availability of raw materials, components, and supplies required for production operations. This role works closely with procurement, production, inventory control, and suppliers to balance supply and demand, minimize costs, and prevent production delays. As a Materials Planner / CSR Liaison, You Will: Act as the main point of contact between Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), operations, and other internal teams Coordinate and communicate customer requests, escalations, and service issues across departments Monitor and track customer inquiries to ensure timely and accurate resolution Support CSRs by providing updates on order status, inventory, shipping, and service-related matters Handle escalated customer concerns and work toward effective resolution Coordinate with procurement to escalate supplier issues and track deliveries from suppliers Collaborate with production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules Identify and resolve material shortages, delays, or discrepancies Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or just-in-time (JIT) principles
  • Experience in materials planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles
