Requirements

  • High school diploma or associate degree in Construction Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in materials testing or construction support (preferred).
  • Knowledge of construction materials and testing standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (for field work).

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Review contractor materials submittals and evidence of inspection.
  • Provide recommendations to RE or client/owner on acceptability of submittals
  • Report materials inspection and testing according to the clients’ requirements
  • Maintain project files related to materials inspection and testing.
  • Oversee materials coordination and documentation on multiple projects
  • Document test results and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors regarding material approvals.
