Requirements
- Must have experience with CMS
- Must possess human relations skills and maturity of judgement.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact.
- Must possess time management, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of production scheduling and CMS
- Knowledge of MRP and Operations/Inventory Management practices
- Must possess knowledge and proven skills in one of the following: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; Project management and prioritizing.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of general office procedures including PC and LAN computer use. Must be proficient in relevant computer software and program use.
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field e.g., Materials and/or Logistics Management and/or equivalent work-related experience
- Skill gained by experience: minimum 5 years material control/logistics experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 10 years in a leadership role.
