Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in Operations, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement with proven record of strong performance results
  • Must have experience in MCO activities within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Robust user level knowledge of supply chain systems (SAP APO/ECC)
  • Prior experience managing people or teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, perform root cause analysis and define required actions to deliver continuous improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
  • Effective communicator who facilitates bottom up and top-down communication channels.
  • Ability to influence, motivate and collaborate with multiple functions within the organization.
  • Exposure to Aera platform preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and evaluates daily Safety Stock recommendations generated by AERA, determining whether to approve, adjust, or decline suggested levels based on operational needs, demand trends, and inventory strategy.
  • Leads and oversees the on site MCO team, while also providing guidance and support to GBS MCO personnel to ensure alignment with processes, effective issue resolution, and consistent achievement of established KPIs.
  • Collaborates with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing and customer demand, escalating as required to ensure service metrics are met.
  • Analyzes demand trends, consumption patterns, and lead-times to drive accurate material requirements planning (MRP) and replenishment strategies.
  • Monitors and reports key performance metrics for team, including obsolescence of materials, supplier performance, PO accuracy, volume of POs lacking inbound confirmations and adherence to shortage-management.
  • Supports new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating material readiness, and phase in/phase out activities.
