Position is responsible for maintaining production standards to meet customers’ requirements, which includes: scheduling, communication, productivity, labor controls and efficiency standards. Must ensure quality and customer service is maintained at the highest level on a daily basis. Job Summary: The Materials Control Manager is part of the overall Supply Chain team and will play a key role in ensuring that the business unit achieves overall food cost targets and inventory control objectives. They will work collaboratively across departments and with all levels of employees within the facility. In addition, they will take a lead role in researching and resolving material AVT (Actual vs. Theoretical usage) and developing corrective action plans. The Materials Control Manager will be responsible for reviewing overall usage of materials within the unit and will support unit readiness for global materials audits [MMAT]. Having an investigative, problem-solving and analytical mindset is critical to achieving success in this role.
