Reporting: The Materials Lead reports directly to the Materials Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between Stores and all other
  • Ensure the Stores Clerks issue and document parts to the floor, ensuring requisitions are accurate, and data entry is complete and from appropriate
  • Work with purchasing in ordering out of stock parts, maintaining files and checking shelf life of inventory.
  • Assist in the control and maintenance of an accurate inventory by following Avmax procedures and
  • Ensure that inventory items are being procured in a timely
  • Communicate effectively with Production.
  • Work and Planning and personnel to ensure that material requirements are
  • Maintain material schedules for projects assigned and report delivery
  • Ensure compliance with the Avmax Montana Inc.
  • Participate in the establishment, organization, and implementation of short and long term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
