Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.
At least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, including materials handling and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shipping, receiving, and materials handling activities to ensure smooth warehouse and manufacturing operations.
Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods.
Oversee inventory control and ensure accuracy of stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and logistics teams to meet production schedules and material requirements.
Implement and enforce safety standards and company policies within the warehouse environment.
Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
Monitor and maintain equipment used in shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and materials movement.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow optimization.
