Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- Certified PIV Driver
- 1+ year of experience in a high volume, high complexity, manufacturing environment
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 35 pounds.
- Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat.

- Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, stop-and-go manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Alert, dependable, and safety-focused.
- Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments.
- Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment
- Load/unload product
- Understand method of locating materials
- Read a packing list and follow defined shipping/receiving protocols
- Support execution of PI inventory
- Disposition of dunnage/recycling
- Be familiar with UOI’s/POI’s associated with materials
- Recommend improvements consistently striving for efficient and effective methodologies and maintaining departmental quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Perform 5S
- Other duties as assigned
