This role supports circulation functions, performs clerical tasks, and provides customer service while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards. The position involves handling DCL collections, operating automated materials handling equipment, providing customer service, and other duties such as developing proficiency in relevant technology and engaging in performance feedback processes.
