We are actively seeking a Material Handler to support production, inventory, and assembly operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or trade school education required.
  • 5+ years of material handling experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, hardware, and fabrication parts is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the workday.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week) able to work overtime when necessary
  • Experience operating forklifts or specialty equipment such as a Combilift is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability and consistent attendance.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Applicant must be willing to work 40 hours per week Monday through Thursday 10-hour shift daily.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and check in materials from vendors, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
  • Issue, deliver, and check out materials to the mechanical assembly team and other departments.
  • Complete required documentation for accurate inventory tracking, traceability, and job records.
  • Pull, stage, kit, and box materials for upcoming jobs; prepare labeled kits for the mechanical assembly team to pick up daily.
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory locations to support efficient production flow.
  • Perform data entry for inventory updates, receipts, and material movements.
  • Interface professionally with delivery drivers, vendors, and internal employees.
  • Assist with material storage, warehouse organization, and maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment (Combilift experience is a plus).
  • Support multiple departments by managing daily priorities and multitasking when needed.
