The Materials Handler will receive and process incoming shipments, goods and equipment for delivery. Deliver, inventory, organize, restock inventory sites and patient care areas containing medical and non-medical supplies, linen and equipment. This position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer up to 2 months of on-the-job training, the hours during training will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday – Friday. Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18+ years of age or older
  • Ability to float to our other 2 locations in Arlington and Everett as needed
  • Warehouse experience
  • Familiar with warehouse equipment, including hand tucks and pallet jacks
  • Flexibility to work Onsite at 17212 51st Avenue NE Arlington, WA any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in shipping /receiving and working with patient care supplies and equipment preferred; either in a central supply, surgery, or patient care area

Responsibilities

  • Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
  • Labeling every product and placing them accordingly
  • Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process
  • Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
  • Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication
  • Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
